Hyd. Flat Tappet Question

If I get a 351 with a Hyrd flat tappet cam and lifters, can I use any kind of head with stud mounted roller rockers, and any kind of pushrods? Sorry if this is a stupid question, but I have never really messed with the valvetrain before.

yes you can, as for the pushrods, if you use a head with a guideplate you have to run a hardened pushrod
