WE HAVE A 2001 FORD MUSTANG GT THAT WE RECENTLY HAD TO PUT NEW FRONT TIMING CHAINS AND TIMING CHAIN GUIDES ON. AFTER GETTING CAR BACK TOGETHER WE GET IN TO SEE HOW IT RUNS AND WE CAN'T GO ANYWHERE OUR BRAKES ARE LOCKED UP. WE HAVE CHANGE THE MASTER CYLINDER AND BLED AND BLED AND BLED THE LINES AND TYHE POWER STEERING PUMP AND STILL WHEN WE START THE CAR THE BRAKE PEDAL GOES TO THE FLOOR AND THE BRAKES ARE LOCKED. WE HAVE TRIED BLEEDING THEM WITH CAR ON AND OFF. REBUILT THE POWER BOOSTER STILL NADA.

The Ford Service manual pin point test "D" first items says:

PINPOINT TEST D: HYDRO-BOOST ERRATIC OPERATION, STICKS, BINDS OR GRABS
Check for obstructions in power steering return hose and connections between the power steering pump reservoir and between the power steering pump reservoir and the hydro-boost power brake booster

Since this problem started after the timing set repair I would start there. For example check the power steering lines where they go to the power steering cooler around the radiator core support. I could easily see a case where the line could get crushed or kinked while doing a big job on the front of the motor.
