hypertech info

hello everyone.i am nvery new here.a good friend of mine asked me to try and find out any info i can on the hypertech prog. settings for him.this is what he has so far,99 4.6 gt conv.auto with magnaflow duel`s,kn cold air intake,under drive pulleys.he just wanted me to ask what you guy`s have found to be the best settings with the hyper tech for a car that will always run on 93 octane or better and is not an everyday driver.sorry for any left out info.any other questions that you may ned about the car i will get and post.thanks for any help fctyson0

Best setting for a Hypertech is to calibrate it to someone else's car via eBay and use the money to get SCT or Predator...

In other words Hypertech = teh SUCK

hypertechs suck i dynoed my car and lost 1hp with the hypertech but gained about 3 rwtq, dont buy that crap get a dyno tuned chip from sct or diablosport, yeah i calibrated mine to someone elses car off ebay 2

what does a sct go for?are they much more expensive than most?also my friend has already ordered the ht from summit.do you think if he doesn`t open it he can return it or exchange it for a sct?

I have ran Superchips Tuner and I currently run a Diablo. I think the Superchips tuner was a little more aggressive personally. Hypertech makes a good product, it just sucks on the Mustangs.
