Have you ever used one before? Is it a high speed or a low speed buffer?

Why would you try it on your body?

Maybe 600 RPM....for $24.99 I doubt you would get a buffer with that high of an RPM. I use a DeWalt variable speed, which goes up to 3000 RPM, which is higher than anyone should ever need. I usually stay at about 2200. Good luck with it, I would practice on someone else's car before you potentially swirl your own paint to hell.

The instructions said to not just let it spin freely without it resting on the surface of item to be buffed, thats why
