My parents have a 2003 Accord 4cyl that they bought new a few years back and my sis has a '07 Camry 4cyl she just got a few months ago. They are both equally awesome but i prefer the interior of the camry alot more. Its a bit more futuristic, but both cars have been nothing but good to us. i was only going to buy a toyota or camry b/c american sedans are so crappy when you compare them to the imports. i have seen VERY FEW american cars run over 200k with the stock engine and tranny. i am hoping to get at least 250k on this car before we have any major problems.
You paid waaaaay too much for your new car. That Honda is not worth anymore than $19,000 to $20,000 at the most. I purchased a BRAND NEW fully loaded 97 Toyota Camry for ONLY $18,999 and I thought that $18,999 was too much for a Camry. And now you just purchased a brand new Honda Accord which is worth what I paid for my fully loaded 97 Camry brand new. It's too bad that you had to add another $2,000 debt to your new car loan. But hey, you got a brand new car. Good luck on paying a $500 to $600 monthly car payment for the next 5 to 6 years. That's a LOT of money for an American built Honda Accord that looks like an oversized Civic. I'm sorry but it doesn't look like a Honda Accord.
