If their cars are rwd, get the thickest and longest zip tie you can find, and put it around their driveshaft so that it slaps the floorboard as they drive. I guess you could also do this on a cv axle

i like the idea of painting every window and the mirrors You could always attempt to climb under and unbolt their exhaust as well.

i dont know if you know what im talking about but take a few of thos straws that come in big drinks at theme parks and other places as well that when you blow threw them they whistle and wrap them in a bundle and shove them in the tail pipe so it whistles going down the road, it would take me about 2 seconds to get tired of a whistle

LOL

I'm glad yall don't live near me. If I was gonna get under the car, I'd do more than undo exhaust/mess with DS. I'd go all out. Take tires, hubs, spindles, axles, off.

The worst thing I've helped do was, jam a ice pick into the gas tank of our rival's gas tank. (they came to our school for a football game, the won, we were pissed, stabbed the tank, they got about 2 miles down the road, and stopped. Then we went down the road, talked to them, using my PA system.

did that one before, in dead winter with some buddies, also some chicken noodle soup, eggs, and anything else we can find in the fridge. It was like 0 degrees out so it all froze to the paint and messed it all up

if it were me i would do a few things...first id try to glitter them....pour hella glitter in their defrost vents and turn everything on high so when they start the car glitter gets everywhere. next, i would use some vasaline and put it on the underside of their door handels...silly but effective. last but not least, i have a little thing called the mallet technique...i take a rubber mallet and pound something into the exhaust tip. if their car has a ricer muffler, an orange or grapefruit will do. if they have dual tips a dildo looks nice in one tip. plastic wrap is fun...but if you do it its gotta be the industrial stuff from home depot. make sure to get the stretchy kind used for shipping and do the entire car top to bottom including under it. if you can double up the plastic wrap with blocks under the car...a nice 2for1
