Alright, I'm sure we've all been through this.
I'm also pretty sure some of you guys lift and such after reading the torn miniscious thread.
Anyway, I'm currently just under 200lbs and about 5'10"
I'd like to get to around 160-170 and tone up a bit.
What do you guys do to exercise, any suggestions? I use to play football back in HS and was probably in the best shape of my life... Now it feels like I'm slacking and losing where I wanna be.. I've also noticed I have less energy and seem to be lazy..
Anyway, suggestions?
