I hate stupid people!!!

Yeah, same in Idaho. I was stuck behind some chick on a moped going 30 in a 55. What's worse is that she had her left blinker on the entire time (about 3 miles I was behind her)

I saw her two days later driving down the same road and she still had the same **** blinker going!

Maybe the air here makes people's spedometer's off because just about everyone (except for Mustangs and Ricers) goes slow.
Even guys in their Porche's and Beemers go slow...what's the point of getting a sports car and driving it Under the Speed Limit!

That's why I don't take the stang to work and bought a POS for a daily. I had maybe 5 close calls a week with the Mustang. People running thru red lights pisses me off! One was about 10" from hitting my Mustang. If I didn't have a timing issue, I would have turned around and beat the guy to death.

Oh and don't you hate it when you're stuck behind someone going SLOW and some idiot is cursing YOU behind you tailgating?

my personal favorite is when your behind a slow person and you finally get a chance to get around them and when you go to pass them they SPEED UP so you cant pass them. and then you get stuck behind them again somehow and they are going slow again.

I had that happen to me once, back in 1998 or so... Stupid kids in a black neon, 4 lane road and he would get out of his way to stop me from passing him. They all thought it was funny... until...

Some ravving maniac follows them home waving a baseball bat Kids stayed in their car, until one of their dad's came out of the house with a phone "I'm calling the cops, I'm calling the cops". I told him "...to call the ambulance if his idiot kids continue to drive like ****ing *******s, because if I catch them pulling stunts again, I'll bash all of their heads in with this *showing baseball bat* device". I never saw that black neon with "sport" stickers again... He never called the cops on me, I guess he must of known what kind of kids he brought up.

I'll tell ya who else thinks they own the road, and nothing against turbo diesels b/c I love the power stroke, but sometimes these guys think they can do what they want.

They other day I'm in the fast lane going 80 mph, passing everybody else who's going 72 maybe. This big ****ing truck is on my ass as if I should be going 90 or something. Anyway, the middle lane finally clears on my right allowing me to get over, but instead, he's already coming around me. Then he proceeds to get in front of me and slow down to about 75.

I don't know if he thought I was trying to to piss HIM off by doing 20 mph over the speed limit (which apparently wasn't fast enough for him) or what the deal was, but in any event I saw him put his right hand up in the rearview mirror. He was either waving goodbye to me or flipping me the bird, for WHAT, I have NO idea.

Anyway, the next thing I know I have a black cloud of smoke covering my vehicle as he floors it to show me up. Now, I was driving my girlfriends '98 Civic so, I'm dealing with a whopping 87 hp or something, I mean this car is SLOW (which boggles my mind as to why ANYBODY would want to soup these things up) so I guess he thought I was some street ra(i)cer.

In any event, the whole thing had me perplexed, and at that point, actually pissed me off. So I decided to speed up, which took me about 2 years, and came up on him in the middle lane with my whole entire ARM out the window, middle finger raised.

I looked in my rearview mirror and saw him move from the fast lane into the middle lane, I KNEW I pissed him off with that one. But what the hell was the point of him riding my ass, getting in front of me, and then giving me the ol' smokescreen? That **** is ignorant. I'm not doing anything but driving 20 OVER the speed limit. If you want to pass me, then pass me. But don't get in front of me and slow down and then SMOKE my whole ****ing car b/c I wasn't doing 90, that's just ridiculous.

Anyway, so he speeds up and gets back over into the fast lane right next to me. I guess he thought I was going to run or something, but instead, I just looked over at him as he passed (of course he's giving me the death stare) and did his best to look all menacing as he passed by. I thought for sure he was going to follow me to my house or something, but instead he just hit his gas pedal and smoked the car behind him. What a douche bag.

Point of story = I can't stand people who ride your ass even when you're ALREADY breaking the law.

when im in my car usually if someone trys to stop me from passing them it doesnt work. something about looking in your sideview and seeing a car coming at 110 they usually dont want to make a move.

Not to hijack the thread, but foxmustangman you from Boise? I think I saw you a few weeks ago coming up Eagle Rd? I was giving my uncle a joyride in the 91 vert red, you came up beside us I think...

Well most of you don't deal with this but I drive a semi and some docks and business's are right off the main road try backing off a main road and having everybody trying to zip past you in your blind side... Well once this kid tried that $#%t oneday when I was already pissed so we played chicken I didnt stop and he got scared jumped the curb and bent one rim and two flat tires.. Best part was everyone @ the business saw it happened and gave him hell. Then he calls the cops and says I ran him off the road after the cops talked to me and the business owners he ended up with THREE tickets..LOL

get 4.10s and youll enjoy driving the speed limit lol. Once you start enjoying the cruise in your car is when you stop getting speeding tickets. The only time I get tickets in the mustang is when I lay into it and do a quick 1-3 pull or something and run past a cop accidentally. Usually I do the speedlimit or very close to it. Even on the highway.

some people just arnt as observant as some of us and they just really dont notice. I try not to get mad or anything its not like it gets anything accomplished

...I drive slow. I see enough idiots populating the roads surfaces everyday, I dont need to be another one of them. When I'm in my Mustang I usually do about 40 in a 50 (km/h) but always in the right lane. On the highway I do about 10 clicks over, only because if I need to go uphill that few extra rpms prevents me from needing to downshift.

I know my car is quick, I dont need to prove it to myself every time I drive it. You ever drive down the road and look at some idiot in _______ (insert whatever vehicle here) and go..man...what a friggin idiot, thats cool buddy. Well, the rest of the drivers feel the same way when we do it too.
