I am about 90% sure that after being towed for the 5th time in two years that I'm going to sell the notch.
That being said, I am now looking to finish off the interior of the 7-UP. As well as a new set of heads and possibly new cam. I know I want to put down about 440 to the tire now on the stock block...should be good with the right tire I assume. Now the question is what heads? 185cc or 205cc? and who should I go with. I really am leaning towards the AFRs cause I have them now(165cc). But really don't want to spend that kinda money if you know what I mean. Could someone point in the direction of a fairly decent cheap set of heads. On the note of performance, a set of longtubes and what else will I need exhaust wise? I hear longtubes will decrease boost which is fine with me to be honest cause of the stock block. But I assume a better breathing motor will last a long time.
Step 1: New heads and tune
Step 2: New top
Step 3: Cheapo alarm(cause of the top and everything)
Step 4: Haven't decided 5 lug and bigger brakes or whole new interior(you guys would throw a fit if you saw it, worst interior I've ever seen in a car)
