i just did some ebay shopping and...

small part of story is: I got a (new, but removed from box) C&L plenum for the 'stang for $70

But the thing I was wondering is... I see alot of HID kits for under $100 now... are these just crap kits? or are they really that much depreciated in the last year or so? I remember looking like a year ago and I'm sure they were like $300..

Thanks!! I was bidding like $1 here and another guy was doing the same so it was going up by $1 at a time...it was actually really annoying!!!

The poster spelled mustang wrong in the title so I think that no one saw it searching except for me and the other guy.

I'm really curious about those HID kits though... if anyone knows please tell me. I'd really like to jump on one of those kits soon!!

I'm scared of putting one of these in my car. You never know, maybe these cheap kits will catch fire, and that's it.

Yeah I don't know... it seems like all the ones I saw (1st 3 or so pages) were all about $100-$150... weird... If someone has bought a kit please let me know.

I wouldnt be buying the kits for that range with an unknown warranty. Just spring for the high quality ones at americanmuscle.
