How did it hit the bellhousing? Did you use the flywheel alignment dowel pins in the flywheel. It helps align the pressure plate. Even if you didn't the 6 bolt holes should line you up.
the kit didnt have any dowel pins but it was on nice with the bolts, when i compared it to my stock pressure plate there was a big difference on the ends, and thats were it was hitting
