So last weekend my wife casually mentioned that she had seen a Sport Trac in traffic, thought it was pretty nice and maybe she'd like to replace her Bronco with one. The Bronco now has about 110,000 miles on it and is going to need a transmission rebuild and a new set of tires in the near future. Never being one to discourage my wife from having a cool ride, I suggested we mosey up to our favorite Ford dealer. About three hours later we had decided to order up the 2007 Sport Trac of her dreams and came home to transfer some money around and set things up. A few hours later, she changed her mind. She is a woman after all. After thinking about spending close to $35,000 she decided she'd rather fix up her Bronco for a few grand. Now, her Bronco is very cool:

So its going to get the tranny rebuilt, the driver's seat restuffed, new radius rod bushings, a set of six Bilstein shocks and a new set of BFG All-Terrain T/A's to replace the Mud-Terrains that are on it as well as a new stereo head unit and amp.

Now the good part.

We were having dinner on Sunday night and she suggested that, since we were doing all this to her ride and we had a bunch of cash sitting around, why didn't I do all the stuff to my engine that I'd been wanting to do? Gee, why not? So, out came the Summit catalog and the credit card. This showed up on Friday:

GT-40X303 heads
E-cam
Polished Cobra intake
24-lb injectors
BBK pressure regulator
Timing chain
1.6 roller rockers
9mm wire set
Edelbrock polished water pump
FRPP Jet Hot coated headers to replace my stainless ones
Stage 8 locking hardware
Polished A/C eliminator
FRPP silicone hose kit

This is where I'm starting:

The strut tower brace will be getting chromed and a Mac polished battery box and some kind of polished radiator cover will complete the underhood look.

I'm also going to be upgrading my brakes with the Lincoln caliper/93 Cobra master cylinder conversion. I'm hoping to have all this done in time for a show on October 1.:jester:

Anyway, I have the best wife in the world. She drives a 96 Cobra for fun and encourages me to mod my car.

I'm a lucky, lucky guy.:spot:

Wythors,

First off, I think I'm love with your wife. j/k:D

Second, What are you selling and how much?

I will have a 65mm Cobra throttle body, a gray powder coated Cobra mass air, a polished 65 mm EGR spacer, an almost new Edelbrock 65 mm EGR spacer, a polished stock intake with the opening rough-ported to 65 mm, a polished intake plate with blue lettering, a set of stock injectors and a set of E7 heads with 100,000 miles on them. I've given zero thought to pricing anything because I'm planning on putting it all up on eBay. If you want to make an offer on anything, feel free to PM me.:SNSign:
