I need help plsim stuck on the side of the Road=electric starting problem

Im stuck on the road and my car won't start but all the lights come on and if i could push start it myself im sure it would start it did this morning so i had my starter tested and they said it was bad so i installed a new one, still nothing. I pulled what i believe to be the interlock switch and jumped the wires with a dime and still nothing. I need help pls anyone who can or knows what might be goin on pls respond. Thank you very much!

All I can suggest is never let your Mustang be towed/moved using anything other than a flat bed. Sling style tow trucks will cause damage.

No model year information!!!

If 1996-1998, this could be a theft system problem (PATS). If activated, PATS disables the starter.

For the 1999-2004 MY, PATS disables the fuel/spark. This gives a crank with no start.

So, what is the theft light doing?
