I Need Ideas!!

Just got another 69 Cougar Eliminator. 351W/toploader.

Body is straight and interior is decent.

I want to make this a weekend warrior.

The engine is going to become a stroker. Toploader will be gone through and I am thinking Auburn gears in the back.

Now I need ideas on how to upgrade the braking system and the suspension.

My engine guy thinks that the engine he is building will be very streetable and thinks high tens or low elevens are possible with 3.55 gears. (I may go 3.25) We are also toying around with the idea of putting a Paxton Supercharger setup on it. I need to decide before all is done with the machine work. He is doing the heads right now.

Any help or experience would be great!

If I were you I'd keep everything you do reversable and keep all parts that are original. Eliminator prices are going up fast.
