2001 Bullitt shocks, quads and struts with approx 30k miles for $60. Will these be a direct bolt on to my 93, retaining the 170,000 stock springs?

The reason I ask is because my car rides terrible now and I am looking for a cost effective solution until I am ready to install my suspension upgrades.

I think those will help until you upgrade. I just swapped out my 154000 mile springs and shocks/struts and it made a world of difference. I think the rear springs were shot, the car rode lower in the back with the stock springs than the new lowered springs.

If everything else on your car is 170k (surely SOMEBODY replaced the orig shocks and struts since day one) I'll bet it rides terrible. Unfortunately, like it was w/ you on one of my last posts, I don't know what to tell you about the fitment of 01' stuff on a Fox. Won't the strut be too narrow at the spindle though? Because I just converted from fox to 95 stuff, and kept my new 4 cyl Monroe fox struts. I have to shim the 95 spindle thicker ( almost 1/4") to fit the fat fox strut. (Maybe that was because I have 4 cyl junk on my car instead of V8 GT stuff)

If it will fit, it will be a huge improvement over hagged out 170k stuff though

BTW, from what I can see of your tiny car pic, it looks good too. Wanna trade?

This was my first new car, so I can guarantee it is all stock stuff. I love this car and could not trade it for anything. Even as much as I like your car Mike. Thanks for the compliment, but it needs a paint job too.

I completely agree. I have blues, new springs, new cc plates, new cobra calipers and etc. I would prefer to do both the suspension and brake upgrades at the same time, but do not have all the parts yet. So, I am looking for the least expensive way to get by.
