I Need to Find a MAF for #42 injectors

I need to know where to find a pro M maf sensor for #42 injectors? I also need to know where to buy #42 injectors for the cheapest price. I just bought a sq s trim vortec so I am trying to get all my ducks in a row before I install it Any help would be grealy apprecated.

yea, also once a meter is calibrated to, lets just say 24# injectors, thats not permanent...if its a C&L u just get a new sampling tube to pop in..if its a ProM then it has to be set to them for recal...check ebay, SN, corral classifieds for cheap ones.
