Man to be honest those flat black wheels look like *****. Silver or chrome on black cars always looks good.

Agreed. Stumbaugh, I think the Saleens would look good on your car.

CCW

Black wheels look like crap. If I had the cabbage I would roll a set of classics in the grey finish. If you're going to buy a set might as well get away from them norm so to speak.

Call me weird or whatever, but the only wheel I hate more than a Draglite, is a CCW Classic. I hate them with a passion. My dream wheel would either be a set of CCW 505a's, or SP500's. 18x9 and 18x11's. It would be pure win.

You guys think the SP500's would look good? Only thing that sucks is that they are $650 apiece

The SP500 is a good looking wheel. For $650 a piece, I'd much rather have something less "plain" looking though. I mean yes, it's a nice looking polished wheel, but I paid less than that for a whole set of 2000 Cobra R wheels. They're both just some 5 spoke wheels. I guess I just couldn't justify $2600 on a set of wheels, before I've even looked at tires + mounting and balancing them, as well.

I'm a "plain" wheel person. If you have wheels that have a whole lot going on, they take away from the different aspects of the car, which is not what I want to do. Plus, I want a thin spoke wheel that way you will be able to see the Aerospace brakes when they go on. I want this car to be subtle looking enough that if my 54 year old dad wants to hop in it and take it to town, people are not going to think he is going thru a mid life crisis.

Also, please never compare a CCW SP500 to a 2000 Cobra R.....

How do you guys think these will look on my car? I would either put polished badges back on it, or just shave the emblems off.

Yep that's the ones I am going with. If I curb one of those wheels.....I will go ballistic.
