Have you ran it at the track yet or ran it against another vehicle?

umm yeah, ran a fricken 14.20 at 97.xx mph. with a 2.16 60 ft time. But have raced two stock LS1's and beat them by about 2 cars. So, everyone thinks it is the cam timing... the ignition timing wouldn't do much?

The ignition timing could very well be the problem and is much easier to correct...

well, here it is... I took my old harmonic dampner off and put on the new one. When I put the new one on, I found that the timing (w/spout out) is at 18*... so I back it down to 15* and get a little bit of power, hardly noticeable. I don't know what to do now, do I have to degree the cam?

just a quick thought...when you checked your timing, did you pull out the spout connector? If not, your 15* timing may really only be around 0*, therefor being retarded.

the spout was out.... what about cam timing, all I did was line up the dots on the timing chain, wasn't that right?

Excuse me if I'm wrong, but I was under the impression the Isky cams required four degrees advance.

Squeeze me? I never heard of that before, are any other cams like that? I'll check my instructions. Thanks
