I think I ruined my motor!

Cool, I'll post some pics of the damage as soon as I get the motor out and apart so not others know what NOT to do! I'll most likely get started today.

Well, the TACK, TACK, TACK sound was my follower falling off and getting mauled by the cam. I definitely had PTV contact, see pictures. My valves LOOK ok, but is that something I need to have a machine shop look at? I guess I need new pistons. What do you think, are my rod bearings going to survive? Sorry for the crappy pic, my camera is crappy and old.

OUCH! Sorry to see that, bro.

Your follower may have bent under the load. I'd go with all new followers, valves and guides. While you have the pistons out, you're gonna want new rod bearings anyhow.
Have a machine shop layout (check) your rods just to be safe.

thats very light PTV I think your bottom end would be fine.
