I bought this 1999 mustang GT from a Mexican that didn't speak English. He said that he didn't tune thecar after he put the vortech V-1 supercharger in it. The car seems the be running too rich. Black smoke comes out of the tale pipe. Smells like gas all the time drives rough and floods sometimes when you start it. Idk if this is because it has not been tuned. Or if this guy left a part out like maybe a fuel management unit or fuel pump. I have no idea I've never owned a supercharged car before yesterday. Please help me out.

What color are your fuel injectors....? That thing needs to be tuned asap.

The injectors on the passenger side look duty compared to the ones on the driver side.

I was hoping I'd see a different color other than black. Usually, the injectors are color coded if they are ford Motorsport. There are a lot of black aftermarket injectors of various sizes. Only way to find out is to get it tuned.

Post images of the above
Post codes here too
Is it after-cooled or non?
How much boost?

If you're running lean and beating on it, there's a good chance that you'll be pulling heads already.

I think this is the MAF but I'm not sure. Whatever it is idk why it's not plugged into anything?

The injector says 347 on it other injectors have different numbers. I think they are 30lbs made by vortech. I could'nt figure out where my EEC part number was. I'm not sure if it is after Cooled here is a pic of my set up. By the looks of the boost gage it is saying 20lbs of boost.
