FOR HOLDING MY PROJECT UP 3 WEEKS! Way to be organized and way to get parts out when you say your going to.

I will NEVER buy from these idiots again. They lied to me 2 times.

Basically what happened is this:

I ordered $2,400.00 worth of parts on a Sunday night (June 18th) I ordered a lot of suspension parts. I ordered Racing seats from Summit ect..The only thing I ordered from Dynamic Racing was a set of torque boxes..thats it JUST torque boxes.

Well my SEATS came 2 days later on Tuesday. My torque boxes came in the mail yesterday. It took them a MONTH to ship me something that is a 20th of the size of my seats.

I called them 2 weeks ago and they had not even shipped out my product yet! I was like WTF! BUT OF COURSE THEY CHARGED MY CREDIT CARD AND GOT PAYMENT FOR THEMSELVES!! The guy assured me that he would send them out overnight mail. Yea...I didnt know that overnight meant 2 weeks.

Meanwhile my stang which could have BEEN DONE BY NOW is sitting up on jackstands with all the rear end suspension/brakes/control arms sitting on the floor with the other 2 grand worth of parts I have ready to go in because I had to wait for these.

I left them negative feedback on ebay. They asked that I retract it...so I did because I didnt want to be an ******* back to them even though they suck. Well what do you know after the retraction they left negative feedback on my profile saying that I dont answer emails and I was slow with payment. The funny thing is that the night I ordered it was the night they got paid because it came right out of my account the next day.

This company is horrible. Dont order from them. Summit on the other hand did an amazing job! 2 day shipping!

Not that I know of, but they basically tricked me into letting them have decent feedback and then giving me bad feedback. I am going to keep bumping this post on this board and the corral until I feel that I have given them enough dirt.

I almost bought another set from another company and took the price hit.
 
Don't worry, the best way to get back at them is spread the word about how ishty there customer service is. I have only ordered one thing off ebay, and it was from a memeber of this forum (which i have to leave feedback for still :( ) butfor a first experience i couldn't have asked for a better deal.

IMHO paying a little more for the pieces is worth good customer service.

i.e: Mustangs Unlimited, JPC Racing, RNH Performance (soon)

That sucks. I think that's a fallacy with the whole feedback system on ebay. Feedbacks should be invisible to ALL until each party has left feedback. It would eliminate the tit for tat system that they have now which skews a persons REAL view on a vendor or buyer.

Somebody should contact somebody about that as an idea.
 
I agree.

But in the meantime lets spread the word. These people are junk. The funny thing is that I just saw that they just started advertising in 5.0 magazine. I have a feeling we will see more complaints from angry customers in the future.

aparently there original message changed when we did a mutual feedback withdraw which I just noticed. Now it says something else that is not true...I was "trying to change my address" in all capitals...and "I dont answer emails". BS...stupid company.

If you look at there "comments" on any of there negative feedback they are really cocky and rude.
