Ideas for next mod...

So here's what I got..
91 Mustang GT
AOD
3.73s
Unequal shorties
MAC or Sumit rear upper and lower control arms
engine has 130K some odd but still runs pretty strong
So basicly I want to get into at least (read as for now) the high 13s, I'm probably in the high 14s now. And I'm just looking for opinons on what should be next mod (no power adders). I maybe have $300 to spend give or take $50. So an input would be great.

Maybe some work to the AOD, I'd say a converter but I am not sure of the gains you would see on the stock motor.

Probally get two of these:
- Electric fan
- underdrive pullies
- subframe connectors
- TMOSS ported lower intake
- Shift kit

I think a converter will probally get you out of the hole the best if you have the tires but it will probally cost a little more than $300 because you will want a good tranny cooler and a shift kit to top it off.

I agree...those are good inexpensive mods...that shift kit well help firm up the shifts if you get a convertor also (they tend to soften the shifts)...and will let you hold a higher rpm to compliment a higher flowing engine (ported lower, bigger heads, etc) for the future...
