Idle issues on restart

I'll start my car up and it will be running OK. Then if I drive it for a little bit, turn it off, and then start it again, it runs like crap. It will stall, to keep it on, I have to keep hitting the throttle until the computer stops acting stupid. After about 5 mins, it's normally OK. Before though, the throttle response is terrible. Also, my TPS was at 1.13V with the car off.

adjust your tps that is contributing to your idle problems it should be between 0.97 0.99 for best performance if you cant get it to that point replace your tps

With those mods , do you think it's a tune glitch?

yeah my car does that...you need to tune it more.
