Idle Problem after Smog Removal

Removed smog tube to H and pump, and the rubber lines / valves on the pass side.

Ran great first day.

Next day, go to leave, car wont idle without some assistance, then its fine.

Now its occuring more often.

Whats the deal?

I plugged the two vacuum lines that were on the valves with a bolt, and capped the tube to the heads with a 3/4 pipe cap, and folded the tube off the H pipe over itself and it doesnt leak.

I don't see how the smog removal has any relation to your idle problem. But just to be sure .... check those 2 vacuum lines that you plugged and the thermactor tube cap to make sure you've got them all completely blocked off.

I dont see how it could have idle problems after smog either, unless the lines arent capped off completely.

It just starts and dies... starts and dies... give it some pedal and it stays alive... driving me crazy. Gonna try and take a good look today see if I pulled a wire out or something when I cut the H pipe tube with the sawzall.

Frickin vaccuum plug fell out.
