I have like 1'x2" left (all I did was put some over my tranny tunnel). What should I do with it? Put it near the speakers? I dont know how/where this stuff works best.

What do I do with the speakers? Cut holes and put them around it or what?

make a hat to wear when your driving.

i would put the rest of it around your speakers or farther back on the tranny tunnel

When you put it on the tranny tunnel did it reduce the heat too? When my car warms up, I get a lot of heat coming in through the shifter hole. I was going to try using some of that to help it. It'd also be nice to use to reduce noise.
