Rice is when you make a car look really "cool" and fast...but its the exact opposite...in fact they're usually even Honda S's, not even SI's or V-Tech's.

Like when they put a huge spoiler on the back when they really need downforce on the front, and put side skirts that have fake side exhaut and then stick a fart can out the back....
