I'm dumb, need help

Well I was backing out of my garage and someone put the damn lawnmower behind my car. So yeah, I backed into it. It left a pretty big scratch, probably 4 inches long on the bottom portion of my rear bumper. Well I was so mad and confused at the same time, that I took out the touch up paint from my glove compartment and started putting it on the scratch. It satisfied me at the time but now that I look at it, it looks horrible.

How do I get the touchup paint off. LMAO And when I do, what's the best thing out there to make that horrid scratch disappear.

get a block, wrap it in 1000 grit sandpaper

wetsand the spot where the scratch/touch up paint is

buff out to a nice shine

Reverse your car in to a brick wall. Destroy the rear bar and claim your insurance..
