Welcome to the slow car club . I want a 'SlowGT' plate but I'm having trouble parting with my D.A.R.E. plate. The extra money it costs goes to a really good cause. And I'd like to think that it earns some graciousness from the time an officer stops behind me until he gets up to my window.

OK, so where does the name seth come from? That still makes no sense. Who makes up a fake real person name? No offense, but it doesnt make much sense.

I tought seth was cool name
