Induction issues?

My exhaust has been complete for a while and i know i'm going backwards but i have the money now to start on the air induction now. I know a hundred things i could do but i'm looking for opinions as to what you guys feel is the best. I was real close to just buying a c&l meter and trueflow inlet pipe but i thought i would wait. All opinions are welcome.
