Not sure if they will swap or not. Easiest way would be going onto American muscle or FRPP and see what the year range is for the injectors they are selling. If they are grouped into 79-04, then you are golden.
For some reason, I'm thinking that the 4.6 injectors are different.
I believe the stock injectors are 24 lbs. Why do you think you need to upgrade them? You do understand that you will need to tune the car to use them?
Stock injectors are either 19 lb (orange) or 24 lb (light blue) depending on the year. Those 30 lb injectors should be red assuming they're OEM Ford equipment.
