injector ?s

i bought a set of 24lb injectors out of a lt1 camaro and i was told they would work...i just wanted to make sure that i dont have to do anything special when i put them in..i know ford injectors have a pentle cap on the bottom but these dont,does that matter?thanks alot for any help,this is the first time i have ever dealt with injectors..

I know that you can use them vice versa and put the FMS ones in camaros. so, in theory, they should work.

I would pick up the pintle caps. Supposedly they help with the spray pattern, but I have never seen direct comparisons.

As of a few years ago they were still available from ford (if my memory holds).
If not there probably Late Model Mustang resto.

You can get the bogr/warner injector rebuild kits from your local auto parts house for around $3 each times 8 injectors around $24 and they have new o-rings and new pintle caps.

As to whether they will work i don't know, but my neihbor used fms 24# injectors in his 96 impala ss w/LT1.
