I am installing a set of x303 heads, a E-cam, performer intake this weekend and was wondering will I need to go to 24lb injectors to get the full benefit of the H/C/I upgrade? Also would I need to upgrade to a 70mm throttle body?

As always thanks in advance
Jim

id do injectors and pump for sure... with any HCI swap its my vote that it needs to be done to run its best.

Apparently my ex-husband made that mistake.

Is your heart set on that E cam. Those motorsport cams are only good for making noise, they really don't let the heads breath the way they should. You can get away with running stock injectors. If you can't get injectors by the weekend, don't let that hold you back. They are easy to change later on. It would probably run better with 24s though.

IMHO ... 24's are too small for even a very mild h/c/i combo

I base that on being a self tuner
so
My perspective is from ...........

Running OEM fuel pressure

Now ... if you elevate the pressure
and
If ... you go up on the intank pump size

The 24's can get you by

I'd not sleep good at night with h/c/i and runnin the tiny OEM 19's

30s are too big for that engine. 24s are more than enough. 70mm or 65mm throttle body will be fine.
