When last dyno'd my 02 GT made a decent 268rwHP on a Dynojet. Over the winter, I've purchased a set of Comp Cams 262AHs and am needless to say hoping for a bit more output from it.

The car still has the factory 19# injectors. 268rwHP works out to something just over 300HP at the crankshaft which, I've read, is about the max capacity for 19# injectors. With the addition of the cams am I going to need to switch to 24# units?

You don't need to...I have every bolt on plus cams and ported heads...I make 310rwhp and 325rwtq...everything was installed and tuned by Steeda and during the recent head install and re-tune Steeda said that the 19# were flowing plenty for the hp my car makes.

What are the basic HP limits of the different injector sizes? Is there some kind of a chart out there for the 4.6l engine? I've searched around and haven't found anything.

I would recommend going with a larger fuel pump though.

You have to remember, a naturally aspirated engine can go much farther on the same fuel system compoents because of the differences in the bsfc, and air/fuel ratios.

I made 280rwhp N/A with stock 19lb fuel injectors with more room still left in them. I've seen cars with 300rwhp with stock injectors. I'd invest the money into something else!!
