inner fender cut or roll

I have to roll or cut my inner fenders on my 67 Mustang for a set of larger tires, I only need a small amount to roll or cut, Im not using a baseball bat! any suggestions on the best way to do this, I'm also wondering if someone in the indy area has a fender roller for rent?
