Guys,
I was informed by the alignment shop that my tie rods were shot and wouldnt align without new units.

I went and bought them from the store and have everything loosened on the outters, but on the inner ones there seems to be 2 pins or holes that looks to house a dowell pin or two.

My new rods come with one small pin so I know I have to at least remove one. Is there a special tool for this or so I just punch the **** out of it until it comes out?
Im lost so please someone help!!!!

Thanks
Mike

Went and got the tool, but still was confused about the litle bitty dowl pin. I just said screw it and put the tool on there and removed it. The little dowl from the factory is a silver pin that almost resembles a rivet. It just desintegrated insde as I removed the inner rod.

Thanks for the info on the tool, it would have been a pain trying to remove it without it.
