I'm getting ready to install some urethane front sway bar and end link bushings on my '02 GT. Should I support the car on jack stands, or should I use ramps? The Maximum Motorsports installation instructions say to tighten the end link nuts when the car is on the ground to avoid preloading the bar. I wonder if I could just put the car up on ramps for the install and tighten the end links on the ramps?

+1 ^ as long as you have the car weight on the wheels you should be fine

I did all of them. I did the main bar bushings one at a time first. Then I took all of the nuts off the end links, and pulled them out. I just replaced the actual bushings and re-used the factory hardware. I read somewhere you can wrap teflon tape around the bar where the bushings go to keep them from squeaking. Between that and the supplied grease, I hope to remain squeak free.
