instrument panel schematics- Please help

Can anyone give me the scematics that would include the Tach for a 95 Mustang/Cobra. At the minimum I would like a link. I have a flat tach until you rev off idle and it works fine until it drops back to idle. I'm hoping it's not the actual gauge because it has the Cobra white face gauges.
