i would not powercoat, had mine done black. warped the crap out of mine, i know that it was the powder coater that done it. so make sure company that does it knows what they are doing.

Warped the manifold? The coater must have been trying to use a IR lamp or direct heat instead of an oven. Definately make sure to check that the coater will be using a proper oven.
