tmoss is a user name and he posts on this board. Just send tmoss a pm. he's also got a site I believe that will show you step by step how to port it yourself. My buddy has done several of them with astonishing results.

Unless you know how to puddle weld aluminum I wouldn't even bother. The number 1 and 5 runners need to be puddle welded before you can port them or you will break through the runner. Ironically enough it's the number 1 and 5 runners that need the porting the most.

Send it to TMoss before you end up with scrap aluminum.

After LOTS of experience, you can get them to flow just as well with no welding ( I used to use small puddle welds, but have not for about 2 years) - but you have to know where and how much to cut.

I now have a flow bench and will be experimenting with porting designs on both the lower and upper with documented results.

thanks for the info, anyone know how much hp/tq gain you can get out of these, is it worth it, or should i put it back on ebay?

250-260RWHP/300+RWTQ on most well matched mild combos. Highest so far is cleanLX - 280RWHP/330RWTQ with a stock length upper and 292/325 with one shortened ~1.75". There are lots of data and dynos on my website.
