me and a couple friends of mine installed and upper and lower intake manifold on the 91 gt last night. took a couple hours but all went fairly well. it a professional products typoon intake and i can tell a difference. its looks sweet too. hopefully this week my gears will be going in and nitrous. If any one can help me with the nitrous and some pointers w/ that it would be very helpful.
Thanks everyone
Brad

hey there is a big hose in the back of the engine bay that connects to the lower intake but mine seems not want to stay in and it poped out and now there is oil everyone what do you suggest i do.....also there is a small line to with an L head but im not sure where it goes either.....thanks everyone

yeah, mine popped out to so I clamped it on the other end so there is a slight downward force to keep it in there. All that other stuff is vacuum lines that you have to reconnect to the back of the new manifold where those threaded holes are. I had to get a few more small parts and hose to get it all connected. It doesnt matter how you get it all squared away as long as all of those lines are getting vacuum from the manifold.

sounds like the PCV valve running from under the upper intake to the lower on the back side near the firewall...you need to have that in place for the crankcase venting..replace the screen, grommet, and PCV if older...make sure the grommet seals tighly when seated or will result in a leak.

yes sounds like a pcv, mine popped out too and spewed oil everywhere. So I went to Napa, and bought the proper valve, and it should fit nice and snug in there. I bought one from Checker and that sucked because it was loose, but I didn't know how tight they were supposed to fit, and they told me it was the one for my car, but now the problem is solved.
