Whats the easiest way to get the studs out of a intake(ones that attach the throttle body & EGR to intake)? ALso where can I get some new ones?

I had to make new studs for my new intake, the ones were so rusted they wouldn't budge. I went to home depot and bought a piece of threaded rod and cut it into about 4" pieces. Sorry but at the present moment I cannot remember the size that you need.

Take 2 nuts and thread them on the stud and tighten them up against each other, and and put a wrench on the back one and start turning it like you're loosening up the nut, but the stud will come out because of the front nut. I hope this makes sense, because I'm not good with explaining things.
