intake suggestions?

BBK is a lot of hype for starters... especially for the price unless you are sold on its looks too. The angles are not very smoothe and by the design I think it will starve a couple of cylinders. $uperstang is right. We need more info on your current setup along with your goals. TFS is a good intake but won't take advantage of the stock heads. If you have the stock heads you are better off with a GT40/Explorer/Cobra intake or a performer for now and port it later when you get some better flowing heads.

If you already have the street heat, why not go to the track heat? aren't the lowers the same? I'm sure you could find just the upper then ebay your street heat upper to offset the cost.

If not that, the Eddy RPM 2 may be a good choice.

Just want to clarify. Its the lowers that are the same. The uppers are diffrerent.

The TFS R series is a different upper and lower.

Unless you've upgraded the AFR springs your likely not going to be seeing power anything over 57-5800 before it starts dropping off...not to mention the revlimiter would be an issue. Anyhow your present intake is just fine for that combo or even a little more. Unless your increasing your displacement I wouldn't give it a second thought. Your looking at 280-290 RW and the intake should feed you to some ways over 300.
 
First I would:
Pull the codes.
Stupid, but check to confirm the TB plate is fully open at WOT.
Check TPS to see if the voltage is smoot increase as TB opens.
Pull and check the plugs and gaps..should be 3924's and gap be .040-.-55 range
Now other possible issues:
Was the cam degreed?
What was the fuel pressure?
Did you try advancing the timing? Balancer COULD be off.

Your torque curve is nice, HP curve is a little flat...possible to ask for the sheet with a lower smoothing factor to see a more realistic representation of the graph. May help you see more clearly were power is falling off. Did you do the compression/leakdown test? Is you FP maintaining throughout the pull? and what was the pressure at? Also I wondered if the valvetrain was set properly..to tight might cause issues.
You have some good parts, just seems like something is missing here with something else. I can't see you not being able to get at least 280's with the above parts. What are simular combo's doing on that particualr dyno...hell the machine it self could be off.

Good advice. The RPMII would not be the best choice - it's runner cross section and best power band are more than you would use on that combo.
