interesting experience today

this afternoon i was driving down to Autozone to grab a case of oil and I'm sitting at a light in front of Vassar College(not like you guys know where that is) and this dump truck pulls up next to me...thats right a dump truck...and I'm not talking like an F350 with the dumptruck conversion crap, im talkin serious dumptruck....i hear him start reving...and like jerking the truck forward...im like "this guy is out of control, what is he doing" so the light turns green and off i go....bout 10 mins later i catch another light....and bam! there he is pulling up next to me....revin and crap, makin the truck go nuts...i swear if he could have he would have been doing a brake stand in the thing...so this time i look up at him and he has this huge ass grin on his face given me the thumbs up, and "the nod" and whatnot, i laughed, threw him a few good revs and took off and gave him a wave when the light turned green. It was great....left a smile on my face the rest of the day that people would think MY car is nice/cool enough to get that excited about....

thats great. i had a minivan with a mid 40's guy pull up next to me the other day. well he revs and smiles and so of course i do the friendly rev and smile back just cause i think he like my car and the sound. well he floors it from the line and of course im starting in second gear cause i have the 4.10 out back and i was just cruisin around as usual. well this van friggin took off. i mean, i caught up to him after my quick 2nd gear and chirped goin into third and we hit the next like after i slowed down from 60mph. he pulls up and laughs and says, i saw you in second gear so i figured i could take you off the line. i look at the rear side window of the van and its says NHRA in huge letters and he sees that i saw that. his quote "if i my car were streetable, id give your car a 5 second head start and we would race to 120mph. that would put a smile on ur face" then he turned off.....he is my cool guy of the week

I was driving a military truck one day through the town just outside the base in Manitoba, and I did that to some guy in a Camaro. He got steamed and took off....I wonder if he was worried
