Im in the process of painting my interior panels with SEM Paint. Im using Landau Black and Granite, I started with Medium Gray but it was too light for me.
I was wondering I aslo picked up a can a Satin Gloss Clear, but I dont know if I should use it or not. The paint itself dries with very little shine, would you paint it with satin gloss or when the paints all dry and cured just use some interior protectant to give it some shine? I want it to have some shine but I dont know which way I should go about it?

Thanks
Todd

To be completely honest, I painted each of my interior parts with three coats of SEM landau black color coat and they each turned out to be a perfect match for OEM black without any kind of clearcoat at all. I'm letting them cure for a ridiculous amount of time before I ArmorAll them, but that's just my own paranoia at work. I'm sure a good ArmorAll coat on your painted parts would give you all the shine you'd need. The factory finish is flat, not glossy. Just my $.02. :nice:

here's a pic of mine, it's 90% done, i still have some touching up and painting to do, but it's pretty much there... don't mind that annoying HVAC control vacuum plug thing, it pops out in every picture i take
