Intermittent Clutch Issue

So I'm having a strange issue, where the clutch won't fully disengage...... sometimes haha. No slipping, holds power just fine, but often now I have creeping at a stoplight when in gear, and trouble shifting without rev-matching.
Throw out bearing does have some noise to it, so I suspected that to be the issue - it just seems strange that it wouldn't happen all the time.
It's very much like a faulty m/c issue in a hydraulic system, which it obviously doesnt have!

If the car has the stock quadrant for the clutch, pull up on the clutch pedal you should here a click.

This should take up any slack in the cable, if the quadrant is damaged and won't take up slack then you can put a few turns on the adjuster at the clutch fork.
Good luck!
