IRS conversion??

Just had a few questions to those who might have an answer. Im thinking of maybe an IRS swap in my 94 Stang. Just wonder if an IRS from a 2000 cobra would be a direct bolt on or what exactly would I need to make this happen. I seen this swap done on a 2001 v6 and I've also seen other threads talking about that it would fit in a 94-98 stang with a few mods.
