that is what it takes to do it, and the motor doesn't have to come out, just has to be jacked up some.
shortys are super easy to change out. $875 hell no that guy is trying to screw you really bad, if labor is 70/hr there is no way its gonna take him 12 and a half hours to do it. dude drive down to nc and i will put it all on for you for 150 bucks. got the lift, got the airtools. no more than 3-4 hours.
