Negative. On the 5.0 (externally balanced), the balancer bolts to the crank, and a seperate pulley bolts to the balancer. The pulley on your friends 4.6 is just a pulley I'm guessing. There's a difference in a pulley and balancer. Although I didn't know the 4.6's were internally balanced.

Incorrect the crank pulley is their balancer a two in one type deal on the 4.6. If you go to ASP sites (www.aspracing.com) they list 96+ ud's as HarmonicDampner not a pulley.
