Hi,
Live in NJ and am ready tomake the move for a new ride. The localdealers have pretty bad reps and I was wondering are all over them getting 3,000 over sticker for GT's?

Thanks,Mike

I live in Wisconsin and around here you can easily get an `05 for MSRP.

(I can't speak for the vert. buyers...coupes I can)

I paid 100$ under MSRP for mine.

The dealer here has a $4k premium tacked onto Mustangs. They're not selling very many of them when you can drive a little way and get them for MSRP.

I got my GT for $27020 on a $27700 sticker in Upland, CA. Many of the LA County dealers are still at least trying to mark them up. I happened to be five feet over the line [ok, maybe a little more] into San Bernardino County.

Try Dayton Ford in NJ (08810)

One of the few I found in NJ for MSRP on a GT.

$2K to $3K over MSRP here in KY; I got mine at MSRP though (mine had something to do with it being an extra vehicle above his allotment).

One dealer wouldn't even let me test drive one (GT or V6) until we put the numbers on paper and agreed on the deal. Needless to say they lost out on a sale....

Dayton Ford is a good dealer. i got mine for under MSRP from Princeton's Nassau-Conover Ford/Lincoln/Mercury. Located on Route 206. Ash for the salesman Bob Gruel. Tell them Charlie referred you they shoudl take care of you. They treated me pretty well.

A couple places to avoid: Downs Ford, Oasis Ford, and Haldeman Ford (both of them).

every gt in my area is gone, except 18 of them at one dealership...they are the only ones that are charging over msrp. thats why they arent selling. every other dealer here is at msrp, you are lucky to get under it.
