Work on the suspension on an 04 GT? Nothing too fancy, but enough to enjoy it more when going down backroads. Stiffen it up a little, but also be drag racable? Or is suspension for our cars like throwin money into a civic. Wasting it.
I was thinking a moderate setup something like...
Tokikio's, H/R springs, subframes, CC's. Would I see any benefit with LCA's, UCA's when Im driving around town, hard launches?

Hell no....after all you do need to get the power to the ground somehow.

I threw in the towel and bought the Hotchkis TVS kit ( www.hotchkis.net ) and have never looked back. I bought it because it was complete, and designed to work together versus piecing a suspension together from various mfrs. In addition, I had some subframes welded in. I can not stress to you the difference in the handling (and look) of the car after this kit! This is one of my favorite mods to date!

Even if you just want to do springs there is a huge difference over stock and it makes it tons more down the backroads
